         Independent Hair Style Agreement

            THIS AGREEMENT made and entered this present day,
2020 by and between Richard A. Flowers and All Potential Clients and Customers

           NOW, THEREFORE, FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual
promises and agreements contained herein, All Potential Clients,
Richard A. Flowers and “Prince Charming Experience” agrees to style
all potential clients hair and makeup by Richard A. Flowers under the
terms and conditions here by agreed upon the parties.

SECTION 1 - COMPENSATION

1-1       Based compensation In consideration of the all services
rendered by Richard A. Flowers to Potential Client and/or clients,
100% of all monies shall be paid to Richard A. Flowers. Furthermore, a
deposit of $150.00 will be enforced before services are to be
performed or provided on ALL hair styles which are a non-refundable
deposit.

SECTION 2 – TERMINATION AT WILL

2-1       The owner Richard A. Flowers CEO of “Prince Charming
Experience” may terminate services immediately, at will and in sole
discretion of any client, or customer with or without cause if “HE” feels
threatened and or unsafe to continue to style client or clients hair.
Furthermore, the $150.00 deposits are still non-refundable. No money
will be returned on custom made orders or wigs.This
Agreement also may be terminated at any time upon the mutual written
and/or oral agreement of Richard A. Flowers and client or clients.

SECTION 3 – MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

3-1       The provision of this Agreement shall be binding upon and
endured to the benefit of the heirs, personal representatives,
successors and assigns of parties.

3-2       In the event of a default under this Agreement, the
defaulted party shall not receive $150.00 deposit by the
non-defaulting party for any costs and expenses. Additionally, in the
event a suit or action is filed to enforce this Agreement or with
respect to this Agreement, the prevailing party or parties shall be
reimbursed by the other party for all costs and expenses occurred in
connection with the suit or action, including without limitation,
reasonable attorney’s fees at the trial level and appeal.

3-3       No waiver of any provision of this Agreement shall be
deemed, or shall constitute, a waiver of any other provision, whether
or not similar, nor shall any waiver constitute a continuing waiver.
No waiver shall be binding unless executed in writing by the party
making the waiver.

3-4       This Agreement shall be governed by and shall be construed
in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.

3-5       This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the
parties pertaining to its subject matter and supersedes all prior
contemporaneous agreements. Representation and understandings of the
parties. No supplement, modification or amendment of this Agreement
shall be binding unless executed in writing by all parties.
